My F-secure are not working. Have tried to get help by phone and did´nt succeed

May I ask you to give us more information about this problem? Is there an error message displayed in the F-Secure program on your MacOS device? Or have you noticed any other errors with the program? Please also check if the program has been installed successfully.
According to our system, I see that the program was installed on your Mac on the 22nd January and it is shown in green as protected.
If there are problems with the app itself, I would advise you to reinstall the program. Please follow these steps to do so - https://community.f-secure.com/total-en/kb/articles/6373-how-to-install-f-secure-total-on-mac
