Thank you for your post.
From your description, it seems that you have the Internet Security (SAFE) license running on one account in My F-Secure while you have the VPN license active either on another account in My F-Secure or you purchased it through Google Play Store or Apple Store. This is where the discrepancy in license expiration dates comes from.
Please check the App Store or Google Play Store to see if you have an active VPN license there, and cancel your subscription if necessary.
