Unfortunately, I could not find you in our system. This is due to the fact that you are a KPN customer and unfortunately we do not have KPN customers data in our system. Due to the lack of KPN customer data in our system, we also cannot check whether your subscription has been successfully renewed. Please contact KPN directly regarding your subscription. You will find the contact on their official KPN Website.
However, as an advice, you can try to reinstall the software on your computer and see if that solves the expiring subscription problem.
