thank you for your post.
I need some more information to this issue - On which operating system does this issue occur, is this a Windows or MacOS devices? Is the F-Secure program and your operating system all up to date?
If you have not yet tried to clear cookies and reset the settings in your browser to default, I recommend that you follow the steps described on the official Chrome support website.
After you have completed these steps, please try to add the extension again and enter the authorization code.
