Hi,

I have bought Telia Turvapaketti (powered by F-secure) as a bundle with my internet connection. Most of the features are fine, but "Browsing Protection by F-Secure" extension to Firefox block large amount of Youtube videos. by switching on YouTube "Restricted mode" which cannot be disabled manually.

I have problem only on my child's computer, where Content protection/moderation is on. Youtube works fine if I disable Content protection, but I would like not to have to do this. I have tried all the available options, allowing all content, increasing age to 18+, but everytime Content protection is on Youtube puts on "restricted mode" and won't show a lot videos.

I have not found a way to whitelist Youtube content. In this Telia Turvapaketti you can whitelist websites, but doing that to Youtube will not help in this.

This thread says there is an option for it, but I can't seem to find such in my package. Any help ?

If this was F-Secure TOTAL, you could turn off "Safe Search" from Main UI / People & Devices / Child profile / Content Filtering / Safe Search. This removes enforcing the "safe" mode in search engines as well as Youtube.

However, I'm not sure exactly how Telia has everything set up.
