Where is Freedom - I have to close it but is is not on my iMac

I want to start F-Secure VPN (F-Secure Total) but I cannot: I have to close Freedome VPN, but that one does not exist on my Harddisk. I have deleted it. How can I get rid of the last little bug that hinders me to get VPN protection?

What kind of error does F-Secure VPN show you? Can you also give me information about the macOS version running on your iMac? If there are any issues with staring/closing the app I would advise you to reinstall the app. Please make sure it is deleted from your hard drive and you can also run the Uninstallation tool for Mac that will delete all remaining files of F-Secure from your device. The tool can be downloaded from this website: https://www.f-secure.com/en/support/tools

After the uninstallation please download the F-Secure TOTAL app from your My F-Secure account and run the installation and check if the same issue persists.
