Renewing F-secure Total with fewer licences

It is not possible to renew Total with lower nr of licences. It seems to be possible only to increase the nr of licences. Why all this hassle?

    thank you for contacting us!

    When you click on "Renew now" in your My F-Secure account, are you be given the option to manage your order?  When you click on this, you should normally see a page where you can change the type of subscription (you can upgrade or downgrade) and the number of licences you want to renew. 

    If this option doesn't work on your account, I can reset your account so you can try the renewal again. Another solution would be to change the number of licences to the number you want to renew and the new offer will appear in your account. 

    At the moment I have reset your account and ask you to check if it works now. I have also sent you a private message so we can discuss this issue there.
