I have a subscription code that was working. the expire date was April 11, 2025. now I cannot use it and it says that my subscription has expired. I've created an account and tried to insert the subscription key there, but it still tells me that it me that is wrong. help please.

    thank you for contacting us!

    Reading your post, I assume that you used to use F-Secure Internet Security. The error with the expiring code is due to the fact that Internet Security is outdated and has been discontinued. In this case, it is correct that you have created a My F-Secure account. You probably created the account via our homepage and activated a trial period. 

    In this case, we need to transfer the remaining days of your old Internet Security license to your My F-Secure account.

    I will send you a private message here on this portal and you can please send me the code and I will transfer the license immediately to keep you protected.
