F-Secure app says subscription ends on 2026-05-28, but I can´t find the subscription code

Hi,

I bought my DELL laptop i May 2023 and got an offer to have F-Secure Internet Security for 3 years - which I accepted and installed. From the start it was somehow registered as a trial subscription. So I have the app saying the subsription is valid to 2026-05-28, but I cannot register it since I do not have a valid subsription code and once a week or so, I got a warning message that the trial period has ended. How can I solve this?

When it's time for you to renew your subscription, you will be guided to upgrade to F-Secure Total for the same price as Internet Security. During the renewal process you will be guided to the My F-Secure page where you must create your F-Secure account to be able to start installing F-Secure Total on your devices.
