Problem migrate from Key to ID Protection

I want to switch from iOS Key to ID Protection and transfer the passwords due to a change of cell phone.

As described, I have created an account, installed ID Protection but I cannot generate a synchronization code in KEY.

When I try to log in with F-Secure in KEY, the following message appears: invalid_redirect_url: redirect_urlnot provided

I hope a transfer is still possible.

Can I confirm if your F-Secure Key program is the premium version or free? If you are using the free version of F-Secure Key, you would have to manually transfer the data from the Key application to ID Protection. Should you have the Key app installed on a Windows device, you can export the data from the app and import it into the new ID Protection.
