bank protection blocking sites

I am having trouble with banking protection. What typically happens is that I click on a link on an aggregator like nerdwallet. Banking protection pops up and shows a link. I choose to add the site and add it. However, the site does not load automatically. How do I get to the site after adding it?

Please let us know which web browser you are using.

Is the problem that certain bank pages do not open while Banking Protection is running?

Which URLs are you having trouble with?

When a page is blocked, does any message appear?

Also send us screenshots showing the problem you are experiencing.

We will analyze it all and look for a solution.
