I have checked that your FS Protection program is far from expiring. The expiration date is April 1, 2024, could you please explain where the automatic renewal is not activated for you? Could we perhaps double check that the expiration date in your Fs Protection program is the same?

As far as I know and consulted it, there is no auto renewal for the beta Fs Protection. It is usually done by someone going through the accounts which are about to expire and renew them by hand, which means that your program will be renewed just before the expiration date.
