I would recommend reporting the issue on the corresponding WithSecure Community forum here https://community.withsecure.com/.

I would suspect a similar fix should be deployed to WithSecure Elements product. The product team at WithSecure should be able to help you with that.

This still is a problem that is occurring.... please fix your program.... how do I get the initial update to complete

also how do I get it to stop alerting me that random processes were forced closed during a scan. it pops up like 20 times, is that just a thing I need to deal with on MacOS?
