What category is blocking internet access for my child?
We just installed F-Secure Total on all our computers. My is sometimes having trouble playing some games or visiting some websites. I don't know which content filtering category that is blocking internet access for him. The game/website works if I disable content filtering for him, but I don't want to have it all off.
Where can I find a log which shows websites/games that have been blocked and what rule/content filtering category blocked it?
The game that was last blocked is Fortnite.

Hello @Pewpew
Welcome to the F-Secure Community. Thank you for your post.
You don't have to disable content filtering entirely. You can simply unselect the "Disturbing" category in the content filtering settings.

Thank you, and have a great day.

Hello @Pewpew
Thank you for your reply.
I regret for any confusion in my previous comment. You can deselect the "Disturbing" category. Please keep in mind that this category may not apply to all websites since we don't have information about which specific websites were blocked.
If you need any more help, please don't hesitate to ask.
Thank you, and I hope you have a wonderful day.

Hello,
Sorry for my reply. I am only an F-Secure user. Just as an addition to entire discussion.
The game that was last blocked is Fortnite.
It can be interesting to know at which step Fortnite is blocked.
I mean, downloading; opening website for downloading; connecting to server or something else.
My is sometimes having trouble playing some games or visiting some websites.
Usually, when Content Filtering is enabled - supported search engines will show a rating/category for websites in search results. When website is blocked (via browsing) - blockpage should tell that too.
If blocking happened in the background, then 'unofficially' you can try to dig Windows Journal (Event Viewer). Where F-Secure has some additional logs. But I do use beta version and with 'debug mode' logging enabled (which, probably, can be enabled with stable version too). So, I am not sure if this is available for stable solution.
"Unknown"-category is quite often can be associated with some game own's CDN servers or any other content domains.
Others from your list can be applied as part of 'false positive' categorisation. Better to find out which domain/resource/website is bloked and to whitelist it locally OR by contact in F-Secure Labs for re-rating (Submit a sample | F-Secure).
I saw that mentioned Fortnite is Epic Games. So, it can be even their global resource for all game, which is rated as one of used categories.
Thanks!
