I have some problem with the antivirus. I keep getting a message to reboot because there is a problem. I do a virus search and can't find anything. however I still have the message on my computer. I am sending you a screen shot for you to see. tell me how to deal with it. use for ans

Your problem may be related to the issue explained in this article on our forum:

Please follow the steps given there. First of all, check your Windows version.

If, despite the system updates performed, the message continues to return, please let me know.
