Can i unlock my device?

My nokia e5 phone is locked. Please help me to unlock my device. i forget my password

Welcome to the F-Secure Community.

Unfortunately F-Secure Mobile Security for Symbian operating systems has reached it's end of life in 2014.

You can attempt to unlock the phone following the steps below if you set up the trusted number function, barring that you would to factory reset the phone to override the lock.

1. Send SMS with the following message to your device: #UNLOCK#  Edited: (#UNLOCK# would only work if you send it from your Trusted Number.)
2. Your device sends the reset SMS message with instructions to the trusted number.
3. Send the reset code from the trusted number to your device.
4. Your device is unlocked and you can create a new security code.
