Hard to update FreeDome

Please make the update easier; I paid 52EUr or something (mxxxxxxxxxxxx@gmail.com)

IF THIS is not clear return my subcrionn; something like 53eur

    thank you for contacting us through F-Secure Community.

    To update your Freedome VPN, you need to open the software. On the right-hand side, click on Help > About Freedome > There you will find the button "Check for updates" or "Update now" if updates are available for you.

    However, I took a closer look at your last order. From this I could see that you have purchased an upgrade for F-Secure TOTAL. F-Secure TOTAL is a full feature set including a virus protection, identity monitoring and password manager as well as a VPN. 

    Previously, you only had a subscription for Freedome VPN, which you activated with a licence in the programme. During the renewal you might have received an offer to upgrade to TOTAL.

    I suspect that the Freedome VPN programme is showing you the message "invalid" and that you need to renew it again. This is for the reason, as TOTAL and Freedome VPN are two different subscriptions and the renewal status was not updated in Freedome VPN.

    Also, I see in our system that you installed the TOTAL programme shortly after you purchased it. There you can use the VPN option. There are no differences between the two programmes and TOTAL guarantees you additional virus protection. To avoid conflicts between the two VPN programs I would advise you to delete Freedome VPN.
