When I try to install Internet Security, I get a table asking me to update Windows. My computer is running Windows 11 with all the latest updates.

What can I do about this problem?

We should not have any limitations for Windows 11. Please make sure the installer is not running in compatibility mode. Right-click on the installer executable, select 'properties', go to 'compatibility' tab and make sure nothing is set there. Compatibility mode basically makes Windows lie to the executable that it's older version of Windows.

    Hi @Robis ,

I want to ask you first to reboot the PC , and then check the Windows Update for any optional updates,. Here might be a system upgrade lurking there.

Please, let me know how is the situation.

    Hi @PawełP ,

The checks have been carried out in every possible way. Everything is fully updated.

Did you have a previous anti-virus product on the machine, and has it been fully and correctly uninstalled?

If not, if you've been using the Windows built in Anti-Virus, it might be worth disabling that before trying to install F-Secure.

Thanks, I'll try disconnecting the built in Windows antivirus.

I will let You know the results.
