We would suggest that you attempt looking into the your Appstore regional setting and if needed correct it to the Finnish region. If the phone is purchased outside of your country of residence the region on the phone may not represent your present location.

Thank you for your post. While F-Secure Total has internet security and the password manager, it also has the VPN component in the software. As some countries prohibit the use of VPNs, you can find the list of countries where the F-Secure VPN is available in the following link: https://community.f-secure.com/vpn-en/kb/articles/5157

If located in the listed countries, please do let us know so we can check the availability in the Appstore.
