F-secure blocking internet connection to the game Genshin

Hi!

F-Secure seems to block the internet connection to the game Genshin on Windows on my son's computer. My son (13 years) has he's own child account in f-secure). If I temporarily disable f-secure everything seems to work fine. Hence my conclusion that the issue is with f-secure and not the windows firewall.

I have tried to disable each function in f-secure one by one, but that did not solve the problem. Only if I disable f-secure totally (from f-secure settings) it works.

Any ideas on what to try would be much appreciated

Another thing is since your description specifically about " internet connection" and inability to find a 'trouble' function - could you try to check if Family Rules/Content Blocker is enabled (called as Content filtering there: What is Family Rules? - F-Secure Community)? For example, 'chosen' category is related to any server/domain of game and connection is blocked (still - not sure if turning off security completely is the only way to avoid it; I mean, that it is not enough to disable that or another 'function').

Another possibility is something like that: F-Secure blocks the new Rockstar Games launcher — F-Secure Community (if so - the first KB's article will suggest to use Submit a sample | F-Secure)
