This happen even if I set it to "10 hours", in the automatic Time lock screen?

Could you please provide us with some more information to help us investigate the issue? Which device are you using and what is the operating system version? Also, what version of the F-Secure app are you currently using? Have you recently updated your device or the app?
There are a few things that can cause the app to log out, such as the device going into hibernation or deep sleep, product upgrades, or Windows clocks being moved over the auto-lock period. Have you noticed anything specific that may have caused the logout? Are you using multiple screens?
In the meantime, I would suggest changing the "Automatic Lock" time to "After 1 week" and monitoring if the app logs out without you locking it Unlocking and locking Password Vault | Total | Latest | F-Secure User Guides
If the issue persists, we may need to uninstall the app. However, before doing so, please export your password as a backup.

Hi, thanks for getting back. I'm using a desk top computer using windows 11. Im also using the latest version of F Secure. I do use multiple window views but only use one screen. Its only started since renewing and updating to the newer version of f secure. I have now actioned "after1 week" to see if that helps.
I've the same problem actually. I'm running on Windows 11 (Desktop)
Here the same problem with my tablet on Android 12. Solution??????
Changed to log out "after 1 week", sadley, still keeps logging me out!

I wanted to let you know that our team is actively working on resolving the issue we've encountered.
I do use multiple window views but only use one screen.
I just wanted to double-check if the app is currently on the active screen. Sometimes, an inactive screen can cause such issues. And have you had a chance to try out the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the previous comment?
Could you please ensure that the battery optimization settings for the app are set to "Unrestricted" and that the app itself is set as a "Never Sleeping app"? To help you out, I've included some helpful links below for your reference:
