to delete dangerous file

Hello, during yesterday's scan FSecure detected 3 dangerous files. After using the cleaning routine and contacting support, I tried to dlete the files manually. 2 of them could be deleted, one (roboot.exe) could't be deleted (code 0x800700E1). Is there any one who could help? (next week I am out of town in a mission). Thanks in advance and have a great day, lrc
