I think the best option is to contact official F-Secure Support Channels.
For example, web-chat is accessible as bottom-right widget there: Contact support | F-Secure
Alternatively, make sure that the purchased key (or activation code) is exactly for your solution.

Also, by searching "Could not find any coupon for code" - most of topics were about F-Secure Freedome (F-Secure VPN now). Seems a bit strange, but anyway.

If Support's web-chat will be offline - you can try to manage which is your key (for what solution). Then, maybe to follow a guide to upgrade your old F-Secure Internet Security to purchased one - in case if new code is for another package.
