Renewal has lost previous paid for license period
Hi, I paid & renewed today several weeks ahead of my expiration as solicited by my software but instead of setting my new start date to when my existing license expired, the system has set my renewal date to today so I have lost the license period I have previously legitimately paid for. This is grossly unfair.

I just wanted to clarify why there is a difference in the expiry date of your new subscription. Previously, you were using [OLD] F-Secure Internet Security, which was a code-based subscription. However, you have now purchased F-Secure Total, which is account-based. Because these are different products with different subscription types, your new subscription is not tied to your previous one.
Additionally, I have sent you a private message. Could you please share your subscription code with me so I can check the expiry date of your [OLD] F-Secure Internet Security?
