2 FA Codes deleted by mistake

Thank you for your post,
If you have set up a 2-Factor authentication (2FA) for your My F-Secure, the recovery codes are the backup access to your account. If you do not have these recovery codes and you can't generate code from the authenticator app you have used, you will not be able to access your account.
