Kindly provide us with more details about the subscription. May I know from where did you purchase F-Secure FREEDOME? Is it from F-Secure, Google Play store or App store?
If you bought the subscription from the Google Play store or App store, you are not able to transfer the subscription to another platform such as Windows or Mac. You may check these links for a more detailed explanation.

I have checked in the system based on the email you registered with F-Secure Community, however, I can only that you have a subscription for F-Secure SAFE for 1 device.
Did you purchase it using the same email or a different email? I have sent you a private message, kindly provide me with details of your purchase for F-Secure FREEDOME.
