First and foremost, may I know if this issue happens on your computer or phone?
Does the issue happen only on Chrome? Have you tried to access the website via another browser ie: Edge/Firefox? And are you connected to the Wi-Fi or Lan?
If you connected using Wi-Fi, I would suggest you change it to Mobile Hotspot data instead and test the connection again.
- Create a Mobile Hotspot with your phone
- Connect to that Mobile Hotspot on your device
- Try to activate F-Secure FREEDOME VPN to see if F-Secure FREEDOME VPN working now.
Besides, you may also try to clear all the browsing data and cache from the browser, and you can also try to flush DNS and reset your network by running this command.
- ipconfig/flushdns
- netsh winsock reset
- netsh int ipv6 reset
