I have renewed my F-Secure FREEDOME subscription, but cannot install the new version. My account does not have Freedome listed and the email is asking me to set up and account, please can you help me to update my account. Thanks

Please be informed that FREEDOME VPN has a new update where it requires the user to create an account to activate the subscription using your account credentials. This feature is the same as F-Secure SAFE/TOTAL.
Upon checking your email, I found that you already created a FREEDOME VPN account and activate the subscription on your Mac computer.
