Could you provide us with more details on the issue?
May I know which Android version are you using? Which version of F-Secure FREEDOME VPN are you running with? Which location are you connected to F-Secure FREEDOME VPN? Did you have the issue when connected to the WIFI or mobile data?
Have you tried to change your network connection, for example, if you connected with mobile data and have an issue, change the network connection to WIFI and vice versa? And have you tried to change the location in F-Secure FREEDOME VPN? Did you encounter the same issue after changing the location?
Most of the time, it can be caused by the battery optimizer app on the mobile device itself. I would suggest you check the links below to help you on this matter. And may I know where are you located at?
