I have a subscription with you. I have a new iPhone and I have transferred all apps, including Freedom! But I can’t get it to work! It’s not as easy as it was before! They are asking for a login and I used my email and the subscription code I got when I paid but it doesn’t work! What can I do??

I am also only an F-Secure user.
Based on one of discussions - F-Secure has launched a new subscription type for FREEDOME recently.

Could you try to follow up mentioned in article steps and check if you can use your subscription with a fresh device. Otherwise (or if it is a bit of 'unclear') - you can try to reach their official Support Channel - for example - web-chat: Contact support | F-Secure
So, they can then check if all is OK with your subscription and if any help is required from their side (like to handle account or modify it).
