Activating ID protection

I have difficulties to activate the ID protection for my macs (macbook pro (Ventura IOS) and macbook air (Monterey IOS)). After I click Subscription -> Activate -> it takes me to a white screen that is in the print screen. There  is no place to put activation codes or anything else. This is just a blank screen. I have no way of continuing and I can not start using the ID protection for my new mac.

    Same issue here, tried switching from 1password to Identity protection today but installation failed. Any estimations for the fix, or will MacOS be unsupported in the future?

    Its frustrating to pay for software which does not work.
