Removing and adding devices

We have an existing subscription for three devices and would now like to remove one old device and add a new one. How to do it? We only have a reference number but don´t have (or have forgotten) the login email adress and password for the subscription (are they needed in this case?).

May I confirm with you that you have the subscription code for FREEDOME VPN? If you do, you only need to create a new My F-Secure account and use the code in the account to convert the subscription code to the usage time. We launched this system to allow users to manage their subscriptions more efficiently where they can manage the subscription in the account and check the registered device/license in the account.
