Quand j'ai installer le VPN pour la première fois, pendant les moments d'essai j'arrivais à accéder aux sites ceux pourquoi j'ai installer le VPN mais une fois l'essai terminer, j'ai décider de payer via Google Play mais depuis le paiement fait je n'arrive plus à utiliser le VPN pour la raison de l'achat.

Trouver une solution pour moi ou je demande un remboursement.

However, regarding your post, may I know on which device you installed FREEDOME VPN? And may I confirm with you that your subscription is not shown on your FREEDOME app?

If you have it on your computer/laptop, it is possible you are not able to use the subscription because a purchase/subscription from the Google Play store can only be used on an Android device with the same Google ID. On the other hand, if you are not able to turn on FREEDOME on your Android device after purchasing from the Google Play store, kindly make sure you logged in by using the correct Google ID and restored the purchase.

Please remove the current installed Freedome VPN on the device and reinstalled it via Playstore. The Playstore must use the same email address that was registered with the purchase. Once installed, it will automatically apply the subscription for Google.

How to restore in-app purchases on Android?

To restore purchases on Android

1. Tap Settings in your device.
2. Log in with your email (same used to purchase)
3. Download the app and tap Options > Restore purchases.
4. Confirm your password if necessary.
5. Get back to clips screen and tap icons to download.
