Sample submission

Hello,

I can't submit samples because the reCAPTCHA is not showing on the page(I'm in China).May I ask if there are other way for sample submitting?

    Hi @Iridium5621

    Welcome to our Community page. Thank you for your post.

    You may submit the sample thru our FTP link.

    Follow these steps to submit large sample files (>30MB) via FTP:

    1. Save the sample(s) in a password-protected ZIP archive file. Use the password: infected 
    2. Open Windows Explorer or Finder (Mac), and paste the following location in the address bar: ftp://ftp.f-secure.com/incoming
    3. Upload (drag and drop) the file(s) to the FTP folder
    4. Go to the Submit A Sample page, and upload a text file containing the file name(s) of the uploaded file(s)
    5. Tick the I want to give more details about this sample and to be notified of the analysis results box
    6. Fill in the required details and provide any relevant information about the issue
    7. Tick the I'm not a robot reCAPTCHA box
    8. Click Submit sample file. An automatic ticket is generated and emailed to you. An analyst will reply accordingly upon handling the case.

    And I will send you a private message, kindly let me know once you have submitted the sample through our FTP.
