Can't log into FS account

Hi,

The FS account I created in 2017 cannot log in now (My FS Protection login). It should be because the beta.f-secure.com password and the My FS Protection login password were mixed up and the account was locked. I can't solve this problem by myself (I was prompted to check the relevant emails in my mailbox but I didn't receive the relevant emails), Hope you can take the time to give advice!

    I have been an F-Secure Safe user for many years using the same log in details but am told that the log in page is not in use for security reasons although Safe is working and updating well and although it is valid until 17-01-2026 and I have purchased anothe 2 years online but I am unable to log on

    You wrote a comment in the section for beta solution, but it is looks like you are experiencing problems with mentioned F-Secure SAFE (which is a stable solution).

    It should probably be noted that "SAFE" package as such is no longer available. It is now account-based F-Secure Internet Security (old F-Secure SAFE). And old code-based F-Secure IS no longer offered (as I suppose). While the universal app is F-Secure Total. Sorry if I have misinformed in any way.

    Anyway, I assume your experience is about account-based subscription. If so, you are expected to use My F-Secure portal (my.f-secure.com). Maybe another place for F-Secure Internet Security (old F-Secure SAFE) is possible to get from this page - https://www.f-secure.com/en/renew.

    Do you see ''the log in page is not in use for security reasons'' you mentioned here?

    If so, is it possible that this is somehow related to the login method? Let's say, if some "third-party" service was used instead of using the mail/password pair. Like login via facebook/google account or whatever options were in place.

    Other than that, I can think of multiple failed tries to login and so 'access' is prevented and you should see some relevant emails in your inbox.

    But I have a feeling that your situation is somehow different and you don't even see the form to log in or place to recover your password. Is that so? Then the problem could be in the browser or device used. For example, if the use of frames are restricted or some scripts are blocked. Then it is not possible to display the necessary elements and there will be some generic message from the browser just in the manner of "for security reasons". But, then, it is unclear for me what means "log in page is not in use". Also, the account settings may have additional settings like "trusted devices" and perhaps the one you are trying on is not in it; and the login is blocked because of this.
