My existing F-Secure subscription (via my provider XS4ALL.NL) has expired. I have requested and paid for a new subscription on your site. Created a new account with a new e-mail address with a new password. Installed the program 'F-Secure ID PROTECTION' but I can't log in with the new account, only with the old password. The corresponding old e-mail address is no longer known.

I have checked in the system, you have purchased 2 separate subscriptions of ID PROTECTION. However, you have created a trial ID PROTECTION account instead registering the account from the link in the email.
When you have bought F-Secure ID PROTECTION from our webpage, then you will receive an email with instructions.
- Open your email
- Click on the Create a My F-secure Account
- Fill your detail
- Choose Create Account
Once you have created the account from the purchase, you can start installing F-secure ID PROTECTION to your devices.
I will send you a private message to assist you with the refund and creating the account.
