Scheduled Scan Problem

Not sure if its just my PC but I have scheduled scan enabled once a day but the last time it shows up in recent events is the 11th May 2022

Maybe related to recent MS updates ?

Any comments welcomed.

    Hi @AMD1

    Thank you for your post.

    The scheduled scan not running might be due to the PC being turned off during the scanning period or the Gaming mode being turned on.

    Kindly make sure your PC is turned on for the scheduled scanning to take place and kindly make sure you are not in Gaming mode as scheduled scans are canceled when gaming mode is on.

    Kindly check again the configuration on the SAFE app.

    Thank you,

    I have toggled gaming mode to the off position and that seems to have sorted it.
