repeated Registraton announcement

Good afternoon,

I wish to know why I keep getting on my mobile phone the message "Registration expired". My subscription is fully paid until next year. Therefore, please let me know what is the problem. Is there any difference between subscription and registration?

    I have deleted your mobile information. Kindly do not post or share your personal information in our Community page.

    Kindly do the following to help you.

    On Android and iOS smart phones and tablets:

    1. Open F-Secure SAFE
    2. Press the 3 stripes -menu button on top left corner
    3. Press your <own name>
    4. Select Log out
    5. Select Accept and continue
    6. Select Log in
    7. Enter your My F-Secure credentials and select Log in
    8. Select Continue when a message appears, "Hi <name> You are setting up protection for yourself."

    If above would fail, you can also uninstall and reinstall F-Secure SAFE on your phone or tablet:

    1. Uninstall F-Secure SAFE app
    2. Go to App Store or Google Play Store
    3. Install F-Secure SAFE
    4. Tap Login
    5. Login using the correct account
    6. F-Secure SAFE is now activated
