Please do the following to fix the issue:

Do a clean reinstallation again by following the steps.

Step1: Click the link below to download the F-Secure Uninstallation Tool:

https://download.sp.f-secure.com/uninstallationtool/FsUninstallationTool.exe

Step2: Go to Application and run the Uninstallation file

Restart the computer after this has been completed.

Reinstall F-Secure SAFE then run the scan again and let us know if this helps.
