F-Secure SAFE for Mac Update from 18.1 to 18.2

Hello,

I have installed F-Secure SAFE 18.1 on my Mac.

Since some days 18.2 is available.

But when I click on "Search for Updates", it does not find the update. It only updates the database.

How can I update to 18.2?

-- Re-install F-secure safe using uitool

-- No browser proxy

-- Network reset done

-- Tried flushdns and added google dns

-- Host reset done

 -- No latest update OSx left

Hi, @zwelch82!

We usually release SAFE updates gradually for quality assurance purposes. At the moment SAFE Mac 18.2 is only available for manual installation from My F-Secure portal. So you can visit it, login with your credentials and download the installer and run it on top of the existing 18.1 installation to upgrade.

The upgrade for existing customers (so called silent or automatic upgrade) is scheduled to start today. So your 18.1 will eventually upgrade to 18.2 on its own. We are planning to make it available later today.
