How do I acquire my account ID in the app? I did not receive an email with my subscription purchase.

If you have bought the subscription from F-Secure, you will receive an email of purchase confirmation with a license code to activate your subscription. You may also find the license code in the app from the following.
On the other hand, if you subscribe FREEDOME from the App store or Google Play store, you will not receive the license code and you can only use the subscription on iOS device or Android device.
As an example, if you bought FREEDOME from Google Play Store, you can only install that to other Android devices with the same Google account ID. This license cannot be installed to iOS, Mac or Windows devices.
Similarly with a Apple App Store purchase, it can only be installed to other iOS devices with the same Apple ID, not to Android, Mac or Windows devices.
