Sorry for the late reply. May I know from which device did you sync the password?
On the other hand, you may follow these steps to sync the password on your ID PROTECTION.
- Open your ID PROTECTION program
- Enter your Master Password
- Select Connect devices (on your Windows) An 8-digit sync code is automatically generated. This code is valid for only 60 seconds
- Open ID PROTECTION on the other device you want to sync your password data to
- Select Connect devices (on mobile open first Menu on top left) and enter the generated sync code from step 3
- Select Connect
- When prompted, enter the master password that you use on your Master device (The first device setup, Windows device)
- Once synchronization is successful, select Confirm if syncing to a mobile, or click OK if syncing to a desktop
