F-Secure Protection: Application removes imported items

After I have imported passwords the are in the application visible for a few moments. Then they are removed. I looks like a synchronisation to the wrong way. Instead of adding to the other devices it removes from the original.

Hope someone knows a solution.

    Welcome to our Community page. Thank you for your post.

    Sorry for the late reply. May I know from which device did you sync the password?

    On the other hand, you may follow these steps to sync the password on your ID PROTECTION.

    1. Open your ID PROTECTION program
    2. Enter your Master Password
    3. Select Connect devices (on your Windows) An 8-digit sync code is automatically generated. This code is valid for only 60 seconds
    4. Open ID PROTECTION on the other device you want to sync your password data to
    5. Select Connect devices (on mobile open first Menu on top left) and enter the generated sync code from step 3
    6. Select Connect
    7. When prompted, enter the master password that you use on your Master device (The first device setup, Windows device)
    8. Once synchronization is successful, select Confirm if syncing to a mobile, or click OK if syncing to a desktop
