Freedome: No longer access to nrk.no / Norwegian television

For about 3 weeks now, I have no longer access to watch Norwegian television using Freedome. About 3 years ago I also had the same problem. Fortunately, you were able to solve the problem in February 2019. Please help! I guess I am not the only one who has the problem.
