Thanks for contacting us at F-Secure Community.
- For your information, If you have set up a 2-Factor authentication (2FA) for your My F-Secure, the recovery codes are the backup access to your account. If you do not have these recovery codes and you can't generate code from the authenticator app you have used, you will not be able to access your account.
- If you used Google Authenticator, then there are some ways of recovering and fixing the situation. Read more here: https://support.google.com/accounts/troubleshooter/4430955?hl=en
- If you have lost the old device, follow the steps in the below video.
Please note that we are not managing the Authenticator app and have access to it. Hence, we aren't able to recover or retrieve the code for you.
The only workaround that can be suggested is to recreate a new account and we can transfer your remaining subscription into it. However, you will need to reinstall all F-Secure programs again on all your devices due to your subscription will revoke after account deletion.
