Is it possible to scan iPhones for viruses, malware, trojans, rootkits and ransomware?

I have a subscription with F-Secure SAFE solution, will this product be able to scan for these things?

F-Secure SAFE for iOS does not have a manual scanning feature on Apple iPhone or iPad devices. The F-Secure SAFE application functions as a secure browser and it has browsing protection and banking protection features.
