Hi @guts97
If you have any other VPN application in use, it can be conflicting with F-Secure Freedome.
Please disable or uninstall any other VPN application and see if it helps.
If the issue remains after doing the above, kindly do the following;
- Settings on Freedome VPN
- Click on Choose VPN Protocol and change to IKEv2 and see if that works.
