i have set up freedome but when i push on the button to make it work, it shows this "connecting..." thing and stays like that all time

i use windows 7 if that's relevant to the topic

is this normal? because i need the vpn very much rn

    Hi @guts97

    If you have any other VPN application in use, it can be conflicting with F-Secure Freedome.

    Please disable or uninstall any other VPN application and see if it helps.

    If the issue remains after doing the above, kindly do the following;

    • Settings on Freedome VPN
    • Click on Choose VPN Protocol and change to IKEv2 and see if that works.
