Laptop crashed, how to install Freedome again

I have a valid subscription for Freedome.

My laptop died (blue screen of death) and I have to install everything again.

I have all the codes etc for Freedome but I can't find anywhere where to install it to put in the code.. I can only find the "BUY" possibility and I don't want to buy since I have an active subscription..
