How do I extend my ID Protection subscription from five devices to ten?

I couldn't figure this out. My F-Secure account let's me renew what I have. If I try to buy ten subscriptions from F-Secure site it wants me to sign in to My F-Secure account ...

    Hi @capeja

    Kindly try it now as I have just made some changes to your account and it should work now.

    You should be able to renew now and add as more as 25 licenses without any issue.

    Please, let us know if the issue persists.

    I am also only an F-Secure user.

    It sounds that your experience is about only "F-Secure ID Protection" package. If so, there is a kind of description about related subject, but for "F-Secure TOTAL" solution (where F-Secure IDP is one part of the package) - How can I buy more licenses for my F-Secure TOTAL subscription? - F-Secure Community

    Could you check if mentioned steps can be applied to "F-Secure ID Protection" account too? If not - maybe assistance from F-Secure Support is required. You can reach them there: Contact support | F-Secure (web-chat, for example).

    ... actually I have Total solution but still the same problem. I'm only able to renew what I have - cannot order more on My F-Secure account.
