f-secure-linux license possible if only f-secure for windows provided?

My provider (xs4all.nl) provides an f-secure-license for subscribers. Unfortunately this license can only be used by Android-, IOS-, macOS- and Windows-users. F-secure has a version for Linux, but this is not provided by xs4all. Could it be (or become) possible to use the linux version under the general license of the provider, or is the linux version "a really different animal"

Thanks

Julien Michielsen

    Hi @julecure

Thank you for reaching out to F-Secure Community.

For consumer products, we do not have any product available on Linux platform. F-Secure products for Linux is only available for Business category. You may read about Business product on the link below:

Thank you for your reply. In fact I was not really worried about viruses on my machine (and stil am not): I've got a public domain scanner (clamav) and will consider a frequent check with it to be sufficient. So I'll forget about f-secure.
