I’ve just renewed my subscription for 3 licenses for 3 devices.
I’ve released one license for one device, but keep being asked for my email to release the other 2.
This just sends me into a cycle of sending my e mail and being sent requests to renew my subscription. On the app, it tells me I still have 2 licenses to use.
Can anyone help me please?

Would have been more helpful if you stated the device with the issue. However, if the Release License effort keeps going in a cycle, on PC, you may use another browser or try to clear the browsing data of the affected browser then try again.
If this is happening on a mobile device, kindly uninstall the F-Secure SAFE, reinstall using another network and directly from the App Store or Play Store.
